EMPLOYEES

• Crossroads is blessed to have employees that have been with us for many years.
• We have New Jersey State Certified and CDA teachers on staff.
• Employees are comprised of full timers, part timers and flex-timers.
• Teachers are required to have 20 hours of training each year. Teacher Assistants are required to have 12 hours of training each year.
• They are all Adult/Child /Infant CPR, First-Aid, and AED Certified.
• Each employee has been fingerprinted and criminal checks have been conducted.
