Classroom Staff

The staff are comprised of full-time, part-time and flex-time employees. Each room has a certified or group teacher as well as one or two classroom assistants, according to ratio guidelines as set forth, by the Department of Children and Families.

Crossroads is blessed to have longevity. Staff are truly dedicated and committed to the mission statement, and educational philosophy of our school. Each is spiritual in their own way and positively motivated by doing the right thing for the children and parents. They definitely go that extra mile!
