INTRODUCTION:

Crossroads Early Learning Center, is a ministry of Christ Memorial Lutheran Church, and has been open since 1981. Our goal is to provide a safe and warm environment, along with a well-rounded educational curriculum in a Christian based atmosphere. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religious affiliation, ethnic origin, family income, or handicap (if child is able to function within our environment).

We are licensed by the New Jersey Department of Children and Families and operate following many NAEYC (National Association for the Education of the Young Child) accreditation standards.

MISSION STATEMENT:

To partner with parents to provide a safe, Christian environment where children can grow in faith and develop social and academic skills for life.

EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY:

It is our belief that children blossom in an environment of positive interactions and learning experiences based on developmentally appropriate curriculum and lesson plans for each age group. We recognize and foster the individuality of each child to promote a positive self-image, while helping the child to develop self-confidence, self-discipline, and cooperation. The combination of Christian aspects, character education, and academic aspects of our curriculum creates a unique approach to fulfilling our educational philosophy.
